Machine broke after 2 months. Customer service was terrible and resolving the issue until I spoke to a supervisor. First time I ordered supplies was shipped the wrong items then resent but wrong size. Better record keeping and customer service is desperately needed.

Service is good but should let me know I need to replace something only when Insurance will kick in because supplies are very expensive without it.

Most times they have been very helpful but I had one bill that kept recurring and accumulating late fees. I had previously asked them to charge it to my credit card on file. When I called them they did finally charge it to my credit card and erased the late fees. In the beginning I had excellent training to use my C-Pap machine and attachments and was very satisfied with the training. They have been very good at sending replacement attachments as needed.

You shut me off over 30 bucks. Thank you very much. I have been paying something every month as I said I would. I'm a disabled senior for God's sake. Give me a break. Keep your supplies, I can get them anywhere. If I die in my sleep it's all on you MF's
