Quality product, Efficient handling of supplies.Couldn't ask for more.

As a whole I am pleased with Reliable Respiratory. In the pass I have been sent the wrong masks, inserts and headgear. I call and they do their best to rectify the problem. I have no intention to look for another provider.

The electronic ordering is a great way to be kept informed as to re-ordering timetables as well as a quick and simple way to initiate the ordering of supplies.

When i called for assistance, it took a long time to get my point across and understood. There was also a lot of confusion between the assistance that Reliable offers versus the assistance of the company that provides the machine. i am still unclear as to who to call to get supples versus help. And too, i got calls from people checking up on me, and when i called to leave a message to call me back, i never got a call back.

I have been a “customer” of reliable respiratory for a year now. They have never sent me a single supply. My insurance changed and they won’t back date payments and bill the appropriate party. Calling them is a nightmare as you are on hold for 10min then just get a voicemail. I have been waiting for a reply from a manager on a claim for a month now. Avoid at all costs.
