Bad services, overcharged device that did not work for me, indifferent agents and managers.

I asked for the price. Couldn’t provide it to me at that point as I have new insurance. Was told I would get a call back with price. Never happened.

I recently spoke with an advisor and found her to be very helpful.

Staff is helpful and courteous when I call to ask questions or order supplies. No problems with products or delivery.

Great customer service always there to help me if needed.

I use Reliable Respiratory for my CPAP supplies and they have always been proactive and called me when it's time to order new supplies. They have been very good about sending supplies to an alternative address if I happen to be traveling at the time also. When I wanted to try a different style mast they were very helpful and supplied one for me and switched to the new style if I wanted for the next order.

I miss a lot of air from the mask
