I was promised a 9' or 10' hose when I got my new machine. One wasn't in stock then. I am still waiting. I had withheld a $25.00 payment as a protest. Finally some one called me about that. I said I would pay if they would get me the hose. I paid and am still waiting. It took months after ordering to get my new machine.

They sent me the wrong masks! Instead of sending them back, I kept them. Hope next time I will get the right masks.
