I have had a great experience with Reliable Oxygen. From customer service to speaking with the 02 dept. My experience has been so good that I cancelled other services with another company and had it moved to Reliable. That in itself should be a testament to the quality of service I’ve received. I’m glad to share my opinion with anyone inquiring about Reliable. Thank you Scott Fraser

They never call me to ask if I need supplies or how I’m doing.

Reliable Respiratory was not "reliable". A kind gentleman came out to give me my sleep ap machine and then I never heard from the company again. Trying to get anyone on the phone to answer questions is not met with quick reception when no one returns your call. Asking for my information to work with my insurance company and doctor Reliable Respiratory was not very progressive with having the information ready. To this day my doctor still hasn't heard from them and its been over six months. You have to make sure you keep on top of asking them to do their job with insurance company and doctors. Don't order anything through them go online it's cheaper.
