Seth was able to come out earlier than expected. He was detailed with his assessment of what was going on with my AC. After troubleshooting he found the issue and was able to fix. While my units are not too old, he did explain which AC units would be best to go with when they are needing to be replaced. Overall, a great experience

System does not work and it is very difficult to get service. We have had three people out but they do not do anything. We never received a copy of our contract.

I was going to pay with my ATM but he said that the Amex would work too, so I went with the points. When he AFTERWARDS pointed out the $300 was only for the ATM, I asked that he cancel the Amex transaction and put it on my ATM and he said he would just send me a check. Given that was 3 months ago and I have no check (that is THEFT) and my unit has no freon so I should have given 0 stars, but the person that answers the phone is very good. I waited months before giving this review to give them plenty of time to send that check but at this point I'm pretty sure I have reason to be PISSED.
