The Technician Cooper was outstanding. But even more than that I had had one of your competitors out a few weeks earlier and their only suggestion was to replace the entire unit that THEY had installed 5 years ago. I called Reliable for a second opinion and Cooper discovered that it was a clogged drain line causing the unit to flood the pan and shut it off. Took him less than 30 minutes to fix my "dead" unit and with a minimal service charge. Reliable has earned my loyalty and appreciation!!!
