Most reasonable price, but shipping half the cost of the chair is unreasonable (cost of doing business).

Order never sent, no one answers the phone, no email response. Had to submit a fraud claim to my credit card company to get my money back. The Rehab Store is shady.

Easy to use..

I ordered an item from Rehab Store on 2/24. Their website states orders ship same day or next business day at latest. Two weeks later I had not received shipping confirmation. I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded and was told that it had been and I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. 5 business days passed so I called customer service. I was told that the manufacturer had not canceled the order yet so it still has not been refunded. I told them this was unacceptable and they needed to refund me immediately. I was told I would now receive a refund within 2 business days. The call center sounded like it was in someone's living room. This place is shady and I will never shop here again.
