The "person"??? I spoke with on the 1-833-925-3014 at 1:43 10/4 was of absolutely no help regarding my questions.

I think it was nasty to offer me a discount code for signing up and then, it is an expired code. And that was only within minutes. No time had elapsed. It should have qualified. If I didn't need this asap I would have shopped with another Medical Supply. There are many on the internet. But you falsley offered this code but then removed it, in the last minute, at check out. That's bad business. Ellen

Horrible. Ordered the hand splint on 9/1, was charged, but nothing. Called several times and it was delayed. Called back a 4th time in a month and cancelled. Now let’s see if they give me my money back.

Order shipping was delayed. Order hand splint according to sizing instruction, and they were too small. they want to charge for the return chipping and restocking fee. I try to call several times, but they never answered.

Purchased items on August 16th and had to reach out several times to inquire regarding a shipping date. Was ignored for days in advance via email & had to pick up the phone to call. Did not receive accurate information regarding an estimated shipping date until the company finally cancelled my order almost a month later on September 14th due to no stock.

Would give zero if I could. Never order from this company!!!! They do not send you what you ordered. They just steal your money. Please find any other legit company!

I ordered a replacement seat for my shower chair on 7/10. Was sent message 5-7 business days. They immediately charged me $91. I called every week with the same BS that it would ship within 24-48 hours. Nothing. I called on 8/10 requesting a cancellation. I was told I would get a refund within 24 hours. Nothing. On 8/18 i received the item after I canceled it. I had already gotten one from another company. I'm a quadriplegic and I had not showered this entire time, six weeks almost. I called them that day and they said they would send me a return label within 24-36 hours. Nothing. Called again 8/24, same promise. Today I get a voicemail, saying it's a non refundable item. I know that!! But I canceled it because it was never sent to me on time. Still don't have my money or return label. Customer service is a joke! Just reading off a script that means nothing. Horrible company!!
