Regions bank is like the only bank i know that is very unprofessional and that is not organized at all. For instance: 1.) Long waiting times on phone. 2.) Rude representatives 3.)non Knowledgeable representatives 4.) Hard to understand rep 5.) Unprofessional behavior 6.) They do not send you a correct bank statement which causes your balance to go delinquent and possibly ending up in collections. Please do not bank with them! go somewhere else for better service.

This is the 1st time to apply for a loan online. I was a little nervous doing it this way. It was fast & easy. I would go through them again for a loan!

I recently had a breech on my account via ATM card. After getting information from the main office, my options were limited due to my location and urgency; the only Regions branch close to me, in Temple, Texas, is in Georgetown, but could not supply me with a card. So after work, I traveled back home to Leland, Mississippi(a "Region" to come home), prior to being informed that it was the only branch that could accommodate new card replacement onsite. But the "Bridge" to all of this, was the service I received from Mrs. L. Perry. Not only did she supply me with a new card, but she gave me information concerning security, and ways to improve my financial wellbeing; which I am not good at. So, I believe that no good deed should go unnoticed , and I appreciate the service of this associate. Thank you Miss Perry.

This is the friendliest bank that I've ever had. They also have the most helpful website. I have never had such smooth experiences finacially until I banked with Regions. Need a checking account, credit card, personal loan, etc? This is the place to go!

Wow, that was easy! Completely satisfied with Regions and their customer service representatives. I will certainly send friends/family their way.

The loan process was very fast, it was completed on the same day I filled out all the paperwork. Yet when I tried to use the money the next day to put on a credit card debt, nothing happened. I don’t understand what is taking so long?? It is now 2-3 days later and it still says pending.
