I looked a lot of places for the perfect flooring and regal was by far the best price. Alphonso helped me and kept in touch with me and gave me the best deal possible. My flooring was suppose to arrive Jan 29th but. Ow has been delayed till March 5th so now we wait to lay it but I know that it’s gonna be beautiful. Thanks Regal

Great customer service. Dare I say, the best I've experienced! I forget his name, but the Gentleman I spoke with, could not be more helpful. He understood my concerns and executed a solution in a professional and courteous manner. I am remodeling my kitchen area my entire kitchen area and just need 10 boxes of the Harvest Oak color. I had originally purchased 125 boxes from Costco, 9 years ago to do almost my entire house. Their boxes contained 25 SQ Ft compared to your 17.18. Anyway I was happy you were able to accommodate me and find me the 10 boxes, to fill in where there will be bare spots. Mohawk were the ones that told me to Google Mohawk flooring, which I did, and you business came up. Thanks again. I will certainly use Regal for all my future flooring needs. He walked me through the whole process of what to expect & a timeline for receiving my shipment, since I’m out of state. My floors arrived on time and the delivery he set up was quick & efficient. I couldn’t recommend them more!!!
