I am a contractor and don't usually post reviews unless I'm dealing with a criminal. The sales person (Dennis) was excellent! No pressure and extremely informative. I have not received the order yet as it was only placed 4 days ago but if delivery is half as good as Dennis' customer service, that will seal the deal to use Regal floor Coverings as my go to flooring supplier.

Worked with Dennis over the phone to get some flooring for my new house. He quickly found the flooring and priced it out for me. His price was great and he even went out of his way to get me free shipping. Haven't received the floor yet, but if it shows up with no issues I will totally use Regal Floor Coverings in the future.

My experience with Alfonso was smooth and efficient. He was very helpful and we got everything ordered quickly.

My sales rep, daniel went above and beyond to not only get a discontinued product but also the best price. I wish they were local. Regal could teach some stores a few things.

Alphonso (sp) was wonderful to work with. Went above and beyond for me and the company I work for. He located a flooring for us to complete a remodel on a home that is time sensitive.

Dennis was so helpful and could not have been nicer.
