Amazing customer service
I was thrilled with the customer service provided by Michelle through the entire interaction. All my communication was with the same person so I didn’t have to repeat myself. She followed the process of signing up and even got the doctors portion resent to me. I felt like I had made a friend that would be available to me through the program. I paid for the first dose over the phone and got a discount for this first dose. I got notification later that day that my health insurance was going to pay for the medication. I notified ReflexMD and they refunded my initial payment and wished me well. this is an amazing company to work with

The customer service representative was great
The customer service representative was polite and helpful. There was no phone menu to navigate, I was on hold for a very short time, and she was able to address my issue right away. She patiently answered my questions.

ReflexMD great to deal with
Patrick Varisco was extremely nice, helpful and wonderful to deal with. ReflexMD was great to deal with on my weight loss journey, I REALLY hate that I can no longer go through them since they can no longer supply me with my compounded tirzepatide. I hope the FDA will allow them to start making this again soon due to the shortage that still exists.

Excellent Customer Service
