Whenever I reach out via email I always get a prompt response and my needs are always met in a timely manner. That's greatly appreciated. This medication has jump started my health and I'm on a road that only goes up and I have to think the doctors and customer service reps for getting me here.

Reflex MD and weight loss
I have been dealing with Jennifer Reagin initially, she was my introduction to using Zepbound through ReflexMD. She was kind professional and helped me figure what I needed to do next. She still checks in with me to see how I’m doing. The company has me working with others now and it’s been an overall positive experience.

Every step of the way, Every Day
My ReflexMD weight loss journey has begun. The sign up was so unbelievably easy with Jennifer! And everyday since she checks in on me to see how I am and asks if there is anything I need or any questions. I have never had such care and inquiries about my health! Thank you Jennifer! ReflexMD has very personalized and professional customer service. They respond and resolve issues quickly and fairly. My latest encounter with Patrick V was great. We exchanged emails and he called me twice to follow up and he was able to resolve my issues.
