I have had very good customer service experiences with ReflexMD
I have had a very good customer service experience with ReflexMD. I have been using their services for close to a year now and always speak to pleasant and helpful people. I did have to write a review after my interaction with Jerome as he went above and beyond. Answering my questions and assisting me with my issues. Great customer experience!

Please be aware they will charge you…
Please be aware they will charge you even if you haven’t been finished with assessment. I could not reach them by phone or text even when they were texting me I blocked my card and they still tried to charge me claiming the day the charge went through I authorized it! 7 days after I filed fraud. It is way over priced and I am taking what they sent me to be analyzed! I offered to send this back they refused! Please don’t be fooled! I had gone to my general practitioner who monitored me and although without insurance was pricey there is no cheap substitute if you want the right care!

I was going to be gone when my next…
I was going to be gone when my next ship was due to arrive. I was very pleased when they said it would be held until Dec3.
