It arrived warm and the ice pack was no longer ice. I got it just as it was delivered. This is the first time this has happened but I don’t want to pay for medication that is no longer good. The medical team has responded and assured me it will still be good.

I was excited to start this journey, but I got my Meds in the mail and it was the wrong one. They sent me Semiglutide and I was supposed to get GLP-1 so if they fix their $831 mistake then I will write another -better review but so far its a 1 star for me.. NO-STAR if they had it!!!

I could never write enough positive reviews for ReflexMD. They are prompt, the mediation works perfectly, the doctor and staff are ALWAYS there to assist you in any way they can! Worth the money considering I lost over 50 pounds and it saved my life. I was taken off all high blood pressure medications and high cholesterol medication also! The problem works you through how to do every step of the way and they go out of the way to make sure you are doing well and wonder if I need anything!
