Working with Natalie at ReflexMD
I have been working with Natalie. She is exceptional. Follows through with everything I tell her about, goes beyond what you normally get speaking with customer service. Adds a knowledgeable personal touch. She has given me the confidence in this company to be comfortable with dealing with an online business.

I received my 3-month prescription… -see updated review/rating comments above
I received my 3-month prescription yesterday. However, it was a lower prescription than my previous dosage. My dosage was lowe and I’m curious why my dosage was lower and at a lower price. At first, I was taking 10-20 units and later I was up to 100. I need clarification on why my dosage was lowered when I was assured by your representative that I remain at my current dosage. I would like this corrected/rectified as I plan to return the unopened meds, etc with a request for a refund. Anxiously awaiting your response. I plan to request an explanation from my funding source. Please review your records, respond immediately or I plan to return via FEDEX. I can be contacted at 301/752-0392. Thank you

Natalie was so supportive

Jethro is fabulous!
Jethro is wonderful to deal with. Courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to address and solve your problems. He is always concerned and makes you feel like you are his most important customer. I have dealt with him many times and he was ALWAYS very responsive.
