Company sent 3 shipments to wrong…
Company sent 3 shipments to wrong address. Never corrected their mistake and the charged my credit card. Then they did't reply to repeat emails seeking help. After my TrustPilot review the company contacted me and fulfilled the order to the correct address. They promised to correct problem. Thank you!

There was a mistake in my shipment and they were on top of it and got everything right out to me. Very happy with the service.

Love this Program
I love this program! This is by far the most cost effective way to get real results. I have tried Weight Watchers, Noom, and Found and this is the first time I’ve had real results that feel sustainable! For menopausal or post menopausal weight gain this is the real deal.

Please cancel my prescriptions
I received my product as expected even sending it to my winter home in Hawaii. Directions and everything needed was intact. I cannot wait to see if this works. Has anyone else seen results yet? I am sorry to say but I have gain 7 lbs. I will not be reordering this product. Please cancel my subscription now Thank you Kathleen Webb

So very very confused
So very very confused. Took the questionnaire and I was told not qualified. Then I kept getting messages saying to finish my input. Same thing, in our my answers told not qualified. I then get a message regarding lab work. Again message to complete. I contacted customer service as I was charged for the product. I was then told I was approved on Jan 8th. I was never contacted by any doctor. I contacted my own doctor and went through her to obtain prescription. Then I get a message that my prescription is being mailed. I contacted customer service explaining. I was told they would cancel the subscription but the prescription was already sent. Bad communications; no consistency. I have no idea who I was working with.

Customer service experience
Since the very first contact that I have had with ReflexMD, from my Doctor to the Customer service has been very professional and handled with a smile. 😃 I started on Wednesday and my delivery was here by noon on Friday. So excited to get started.
