you need to let people know that the price is going to go up after the first month. I am on a fixed income and could not afford more than $300.00 a month

Medication arrived warm and I was ignored, concerns not really addressed it was a waste of $495 as since the Medication more.then likely reached over 86 degrees during travel, which means rhe stability was comprised.

UPDATE: I spoke with customer service supervisor Jennifer, and she confirmed they are no longer using the Pharmacy listed below that used B12 in their RX. I have re-engaged to continue on the program with a pure Semaglutide product for injection. I will await for the review from Physician and new RX.Reflex MD ( I have logged in to verify my account and reviewed my series for texts) REFLEXMD) is my verified account. ) I pulled up my Order/Invoice date/customer ID) is the same as BMIMD. I initially loved the 1st RX, physician, experience, and the promo. I don't have insurance so I searched for another affordable option to continue my weight loss journey and found BMIMD. Initially, they declined my request as I didn't meet the BMI requirements. However, based on their posted requirements I did. Through a series of texts, I never spoke with a Physician, I can only assume it was anyone but a Physician due to the language and not understanding my medical terminology. I submitted current, (2 days from my Primary OV) letters and documentation from my primary care provider who recommended two more months and based on her medical advice, they eventually approved. However, I was sent an RX from a NY company, Precision Compounding, Bellmore, NY, with an insert postcard saying " Disclaimer:-This compounded medication is NOT Wegovy or Ozempic. This is a compounded version of Semaglutide in combination with B12. We compound this due to both Wegovy & Ozempic being on the FDA Drug Shortage list." I work in the industry. B12 has little to zero effect on weight loss, even as an injection subcutaneously. We know this is a filler as the RX from Precision is pink. A pure product is clear. I was charged the intro price of $118 (again same company as ReflexMD) You will find this true with research or when they text you, it comes on the same feed in your SMS. I paid for it, it did not last 4 weeks, using proper dosage, and I didn't lose one pound these last 4 weeks. I was very successful with the first pharmacy's product, clear and Semaglutide without a substitute filler. I am so irritated. I was offered, 4 weeks ago a discount for one more month if I stayed on the auto draft. I declined because of the inferior product and the price increase. Update: ReflexMD responded to my review and stated I may have reviewed the wrong company. I have not and have email + texts from both business names coming on the same sms/text feed to substantiate my complaint. Additionally, both companies use the same email, mdintegrations.com.

LIKE-The first shipment being $297. DISLIKE-I received 3 emails the same day that it was (1)about to be time for next shipment (2) I needed to do doctor review and (3)was charged the same day. I still had two doses to give, that’s two more weeks! Notify someone ahead of time not all in the same day and give them a chance to decide if they want to continue.
