Excellent customer support
Received excellent customer from Jericho at ReflexMD. His follow-up with regards to my order was processed as reflected in original phone call. I would think the company would review him as a valuable asset to them.

Monica has been helping me for a while…
Monica has been helping me for a while now; her customer service has gone over and beyond my expectations. Monica has helped me with everything from changing medications to billing concerns. She always assists me in a timely manner and she has made my experience with ReflexMD a great one. Monica is a good one- don’t let her go anywhere!

Confirm dosing especially if you are switching companies or medications. …
When I switched to ReflexMD for a lower price on Tirsepatide than what I had for my SemiGlutamate, I trusted they would make the conversion equivalent. Instead the started me on a very low dose of Tirzepatide which of course did nothing. Loss of 3 pounds in 3 months. Three months later I am switching companies again and asking more questions.

My medication arrived safe and sound
My medication arrived safe and sound. I live in Arizona with 107 weather around delivery time. The ice was melted but the meds were still cool. I just put the drugs in the refrigerator quickly.
