I’m in week five and I have lost 8 pounds. I consider this to be successful, but not as successful as promised by reflex MD. It would be helpful if they gave more information on what to expect while going through this process instead of messaging with a doctor, and not actually speaking to a doctor. I think the price is reasonable when compared to the namebrand but it’s still too high for you. I’m gonna give it three months to see where I’m at. But overall I would say it’s a three star.

It was delivered on time. I was given follow up information. I am happy about the process. It was easy to order and get the product.

Super hard to get someone on the phone and a long time for a response on email. Makes me nervous when I need to cancel

Delivered to the incorrect home. Neighbor delivered package to my home after work. Due to the need for medication to be refrigerated, this is not ideal. Hoping since the weather was cooler, medication will still be effective.

Everything arrives in a timely manner. The cost is steeper than other companies but you were willing to drop the price a little.
