Received my second month supply, on-time and as promised. The prescription has been delivered in typical pharmaceutical packaging and on dry ice. The product is as marketed, I’ve experienced weight loss @ 50, which has been impossible naturally. The product has worked for my official 4 weeks, checking in @ 15lbs less than when I started. The medication works fine, but the customer service is terrible. I tried to cancel my subscription/prescription before my next auto payment and was still charged. When I called I spoke to two representatives who told me I would be refunded. I was not. Instead I got emails from another rep that wanted to offer me other deals. I never responded to Doctor’s messages at this time but still got sent the meds. I will have to stop payments so that I don’t get future shipments and charges because this is not a polite company!
