How I rate your service
My first month with you went fine. I followed instructions which were inject 25 for the first 2 weeks then 2.5 the second 2 weeks. When I called in my second month you sent me a vial with a total of 2.5 which was only enough for 1 week not 1 month. Even though I sent e-mails I could never get it straightened out. Communication is almost non existent. So I am very dissatisfied.

The medicine is extremely expensive and…
The medicine is extremely expensive and gave me extreme pain in my upper abdomen. I took it as directed for a month and a half on a very low calorie diet and lost no weight. I want out of the program and stop sending me your medicine!

Superb customer service in resolving my issue
Since my review I was contacted by Jennifer Sanchez. Jennifer was extremely helpful and went beyond to resolve my issues in a more than fair manner. I will use them again! Everything went wrong. You held everything up for almost a week even though I informed you that I was out of meds. Then at the end of almost a week I got a call with confirmation questions although this was my second order. You raised the price over 200.00 on the second order. You still have not sent a prescription for nausea meds over 2 weeks later. I can go to a local med spa and get 3 months of meds for what you are charging for one month.

Genevieve promised that I would get extra this month because the dosage is now is now too low. I got an email that more would be sent AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. Nothing has arrived as of May 14th.
I'm not sure the medicine is correct? At least it's no longer helpful. I haven't lost any weight in almost a week. I was so happy to lose 8 pounds in a month which I thought was a healthy rate. For the last 4 days I haven't lost an ounce! I haven't gained, it's true, but I haven't proceeded to continue my loss.
