The initial order process was fairly simple and the semaglutide medication was shipped and received promptly. However, twenty days later my card was billed for $497 instead of the $297 without prior approval. No authorization was provided to automatically bill my credit card. I called Customer Service and was then informed the $297 was an introductory price. All future shipments would be priced at $497. I took the issue up with Customer Service and they provided a full refund. I changed my rating from two stars to three stars. The order process is still not transparent.

TERRIBLE SHIPPING PROCESS! My package was two days in transit, from Florida, and without any refrigeration mechanism to keep it cool. I doubt the product is even useable at this point!
