It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The monthly doctor intake forms are only for show. They will bill and mail you successive doses without you completing the intake. Communicating with them was a nightmare. I had a rep who barely could write in English and would take days to get back to me. I asked them to cancel my account 3 times, and they never did. They never fully answered any of my account questions. I ended up having to do a bank chargeback to get the refund I was entitled to. This company only exists to profit off the weight loss rush. There are many other options online, avoid ReflexMD.

This process is helpful, comprehensive, and easy! I am so pleased and surprised! I already feel better and would recommend to anyone!
