Very unprofessional
My package arrived , without prior notice that it was being shipped, there was no cold pack inside the box and this medication is supposed to be kept refrigerated, it was 90 degrees here yesterday for at least 2 hours before we got home,and it was left in the sun on my porch. I do not understand why you don't send a text or email about shipping with tracking information.

My package arrived very warm
My package arrived very warm. It came in a styrofoam box which contained no ice with it at all. It was outside all night as I did not receive a picture or text about when it was delivered. The cost of this is way too expensive to be delivered as such. I am extremely upset about this and would like another bottle delivered properly with ice at no extra cost to me. Thank you.

Support has been amazing
Support has been amazing. Increase in dose was effortless. I’m losing weight - not all that much yet but consistent and happy - not hungry !

I received my second bottle broken
I received my second bottle broken. I received my replacement 2 days before I specified I would not be in the country to receive it and the bottle had almost no product in it. Then I emailed you about this 2 days ago and have yet to hear from you!
