Condition of shipment was unacceptable
My 3 month order of semaglutide was delivered yesterday. From Florida to Michigan. All ice was melted, the ice bags were wet and slimmy (like they had begun to mold) and the drug was room temperature. I am requesting a replacement of this drug. It was very expensive (almost $1000) and I will not use the drug in the condition it was received.

We’ll see after 3 months. So far I’ve lost a pound or two after a month, but I’ll give it time

My inquiry resolved
My first order arrived in 3 days and the package was very warm. I’m from California and the pharmacy is in Florida. My suggestion, advise the ups truck delivery to keep it in cooling place or refrigerator door all the time. Customer service Maria Fatima responded immediately to my inquiry. She said: We have recently upgraded our product to one manufactured by an FDA-registered Drug Manufacturer (with an NDC #) and they have done extensive testing on their product. While our compounded medications are shipped with ice packs, the medication is shelf-stable. It can tolerate extreme temperature shifts from -5° F and up to 107° F, without impacting safety or efficacy. If the product has not been exposed to extreme cold or heat for more than 5 days, the product should re-46 degrees F Additionally, your medication is shipped through the UPS Healthcare cold chain logistics route and is kept refrigerated until the last mile. Certainly, during these hot summer months, that last mile can warm up the package, but we are confident that it is still safe and effective.
