Weight, triglycerides and cholesterol are down!
Thus far the product is working and I am suffering no ill effects. Delivery was a day later than expected. I received the package from my front door immediately. The product was room temp. and the ice packs were completely thawed. I realize that this does not reflect on ReflexMD but on the carrier and the current abnormally high temperatures.

Hello Linda, We are sorry to hear the medication was warm in your package when it arrived, but please don't worry. While our compounded medications are shipped with ice packs, the medication has been through cGMP stability studies and was found to be thermally stable at extreme temperatures well above 100°F. Assuming your package was not subject to extreme temperatures longer than two days, there should be no impact to safety or potency.
