Hello Rosemary, We are sorry to hear the ice packs in your shipment were melted. If your package arrived and the medication was warm, don't worry. Sometimes, packages get delayed, or you may not have gotten to it in time after delivery. The ice packs and packaging were validated to keep the medication at a safe temperature during transit even during the hottest weather for an extended time frame. Additionally, the pharmacy has subjected its proprietary formulations to cGMP stability studies and has confirmed that their drug maintains its integrity even under extreme conditions. Your medications can withstand temperatures well above 100°F and still meet potency specifications, even if your package sits for a couple of days at these elevated temperatures after the ice packs have melted.
