This was my first delivery. Everything was packed carefully and the drugs were cold, as required. The box contained all supplies that I needed. I’m pleased so far.

Terrible
I would give this company zero… I’ve tried to contact them several times with no results the company still delivered to my old address and still charged my account. I have tried to reach out to them several times no help basically they’ve charged my credit card but sent to the wrong address have not heard anything from them after contacting them several times.

This most recent order wasn't packed…
This most recent order wasn't packed great, so heads up to your Shipping and Warehouse dept to pack more effectively. In the grand scheme of things, I think that ReflexMD does an overall great job and it's why I've continued to give a 5* Also, the meds they're distributing are highly effective, I've lost almost 20 lbs in 3 months! That said, this order was PACKED:
Styrofoam Container, NEXT: Meds were set into the BOTTOM of the Styrofoam container, NEXT, the Gel Pack was placed in the Styrofoam on top of the meds, NEXT, syringes were set on the first Gel Pack, NEXT, another Gel Pack was placed. Do you see the problem here??? The Med's should have been between the two gel packs. It really should go: Styrofoam container, Gel Pack, Medication, Gel Pack, and then place your syringes on top of the second and last Gel Pack. Basically stupid to put your syringes BETWEEN the two Gel Packs. BTW, if you think I don't know what I'm talking about, I own a Biotech Co and we ship Frozen Meds all the time, so I know a thing or two about this process. ReflexMD, talk to your Warehouse and Shipping Dept about doing a better job on how best to pack medications.
