It is personable and tailored to your needs with a qualified doctor.
This company has been qualified, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate your needs with especially to the doctor they assign to you. As well as the business and billing office. I, particularly like the communication with my doctor, Dr. Green, who I have as he has been available to me during the entire process and has answered any questions I have had within a 24-hour period.

Streamlined process from intake to receiving shipment
From inquiry to shipping was quick, pleasant, and easy. I was able to send in some recent labs which expedited the process. I went from inquiry to receiving the product in 2 day. Shipping was super-fast.

Less than 1…
They charged my credit card and more than THIRTY DAYS LATER, they finally delivered. I sent five emails and made two phone calls. Only one of the emails was responded to with “ I’ve let pharmacy know”. The two phone calls were met with “ I’ll email pharmacy and let you know what they say”. None of these customer service people ever followed up until after I finally got delivery -and then only to tell me product had been delivered(duh). I note they changed pharmacies so maybe they should do a bit more quality control.

After reading previous reviews I was a little concerned about my order however from the time my order was shipped until I received it today I was very pleased to find my order arrived on time and was all there and cold when arrived. I was very pleased. Everything from my initial inquiry to receiving my order has been very smooth.
