The process was really easy and the doctor was amazing! The first shipment I got from you didn't have a vile so I thought that the empty needles had something in them and then I decided to test them after Three applications because I wasn't losing weight in fact, I even gained a pound. Then, when the vile came in the next shipment, I realized that they the syringes that you sent previously were empty and no vile ever came with that package. Would you please look into that I didn't receive and I got the syringes. I would appreciate that. Thank you. You guys are great.!!!

With ReflexMd they are very nice and I did lose 20 lbs very quickly in 1mo. However, nowhere is it written or was I told that the weight you lose is lean muscle mass first. I became weak and now have a lot of sagging skin. It wasn’t until someone told me that that I emailed the doctor and she confirmed it and told me I need to eat a lot of protein and exercise. She never recommended to me how much of either. This is vital information to know prior to going on any medication is the negative side effects. By the way way ALL the side effects are not included when the meds are sent to you from the pharmacy that they use. Any other time I’ve received medication from a pharmacy they’ve always given me a list of ALL the side effects and what the medication is specifically. Here all they say is that it is a glp-1 medication. Now I’m trying to rebuild muscle. It was a good jumpstart and I’ve lost half the weight that I wanted to but beware.

Drug
Drug, syringes, alcohol wipes and nausea medication all arrived promptly and safely. Easy to follow instructions as well as routine contact from company to answer any questions or problems. The only downside is the cost but they are comparable with other companies.

I have called 6x to get the 11 digit …
I have called 6x to get the 11 digit NDC code (National Drug Code)*** to be able to be reimbursed with my insurance with AETNA - AS i WAS DENIED my CLAIM 8/14/2024 -- I have 60 days to to resubmit and at this rate -- who knows? this cannot be SO difficult -- it took at least 4 calls to get the TPI number from you people --but I persevered and finally got this accomplished -- when am I going to get this resolved > ? It is 9/16/2024 and still no concrete NDC
