POOR WATCHES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased the watch at the End of November 2024 and the watch strap which is not covered on the warranty broke after 4 months. I would avoid these watches.

The worst watch I've ever had the ear pods are rubbish too dont fit, poor sound! The watch doesn't count steps not even by half!! Dont waste your money

Watch is completely unfit for purpose. Didn't expect miracles for £36 but the majority of the features don't work, phone connection unstable and battery life poor. Waste of money

Bought their Studio Pro over-ear Headphones in a gorgeous Burgundy colour. Fab look and fit on the head. Super easy to use and set up, quick to find in my Bluetooth list and paired easily. Comes with a USB-C charging cable and was quick to charge completely. Music sounds great when listening to all genres, just needs a little bit of a bass boost when it comes to DnB (just my personal opinion) but nothing that can't be solved by adjusting through Spotify's equaliser. Would definitely buy again, or for a friend!

So disappointed and angry. I bought the reflect active 29 for £60 (in the sale) which is big spend on disability. I’ve had no end of problems. I’m a wheelchair user. Occasionally using crutches in the house. The step counter tracks me at 10,000+ each day. Wrong. The heart rate monitor doesn’t work well when I do upper body wheelchair workouts. Initially I was impressed by the battery but oh look very suddenly with no changes the battery drops like a stone. I’ve only had it two weeks. Can’t find the receipt to return. Can’t get it to a repair centre because I’m disabled and don’t travel well. What a waste of money.
