It tells the time!!!That part is accurate. I was shocked at how little steps I did in a day at work until I compared it to my husbands Garmin whilst we were on holiday (doing exactly the same steps!). The difference was around 2000 steps. Not a game changer, but enough to annoy me, along with it constantly disconnecting to my phone. I know it’s not a Garmin and doesn’t have the same price tag, but counting steps accurately is a basic. I would shop elsewhere.

New watch came without a charging cable, it took several emails and phone calls to finally get one sent over a week later. It didn't feel easy to get hold of customer service. The watch itself is good for the money but the accuracy of the step and sleep tracking seems poor compared to Fitbit.

I purchased the Reflex Spectra 300 to track my steps and provide some health statistics . The watch has not met my expectations , the step tracker is constantly miscalculating my steps , sometimes more than 3 times the steps done making me doubt the other info it gives me . I regret buying this watch , contacted their customer service and was told to use the step counter as a guide only , laughable . The watch itself looks quite good but defin not worth the purpose it was bought for .

Im afraid I have to agree with most of the 1 star reviews The watch is great to look at and generally works well as a Watch but I find it impossible to rely on the Step counter. When it works it works well but carrying my Phone in pocket yesterday I compared the Steps of both for the same trip . 4800 for the phone and 10500 for the Watch Today I've been up 5 hours , got the car out , been to bottom of Garden and loo 3 times. Estimated 800 steps and it's on 4 times than @ 3207 I found it is critical to accuracy where worn on wrist and the tightness of the strap and I haven't found a way like today to reset steps to Nil. and even if you could find the exact spot to wear it you may be ok till you have to take it off to charge it . If I know the Step counter is unreliable how can I trust the other things it measures ? Back to Casio watch and Phone for step counting **** Edit **** after reading reply below. Can I return the product for a refund please. One month gone and Ive got a 7.99 Pedometer which crosschecks well with the one on my phone so Im happy with that

I bought the Reflex Active Smart watch as a Budget Purchase. I was not expecting much and that is what I got. My main hope was that it would produce an easy way to measure my pulse and O2 levels, they are severely not accurate compared to my Finger pulse oximeter. This may also reflect on any of the fitness trackers but I haven't compared these features. What it does do well is tell time, link by bluetooth to a phone if required, give notifications and has an internal speaker that is adequate if you want to keep your phone in your pocket, though I expect that a lot of people would use ear pods of some type.

I bought this watch 5 months ago. For the first 3 months it was fine apart from the strap making my wrists sore. Then it wouldn't charge. I bought a new charging cable and it worked once now it won't charge at all. I'd send it back except I can't find the box it cane in. Not impressed at all.

Watch is completely unfit for purpose. Didn't expect miracles for £36 but the majority of the features don't work, phone connection unstable and battery life poor. Waste of money

Having been a Fitbit wearer for years, my husband surprised me with a RA he purchased from BA. I can’t make it work with my apple health, the settings are greyed out. It doesn’t appear to be tracking my steps correctly and says I’ve only burned 213 calories after a whole day on the go. Also you have to ask it to measure heart rate whereas as the Fitbit monitors regularly. It’s a nice looking watch and it’s great to answer calls which I can’t do on my Fitbit but I wonder if this function has come at the cost of the fitness elements.
