Great watch, could do with more instructions or guidance. Lovely quality and great value

Watch and companion app is glitchy. Battery life with GPS on renders it more or less useless. I was asked to put a review on the company's website and gave an honest and polite 2 star review. They didn't publish it so don't believe any claims on their website. This review is downgraded to one star based on the watch / app performance and the experience posting a review with the company. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Very good quality and value for money.

It tells the time!!!That part is accurate. I was shocked at how little steps I did in a day at work until I compared it to my husbands Garmin whilst we were on holiday (doing exactly the same steps!). The difference was around 2000 steps. Not a game changer, but enough to annoy me, along with it constantly disconnecting to my phone. I know it’s not a Garmin and doesn’t have the same price tag, but counting steps accurately is a basic. I would shop elsewhere.

New watch came without a charging cable, it took several emails and phone calls to finally get one sent over a week later. It didn't feel easy to get hold of customer service. The watch itself is good for the money but the accuracy of the step and sleep tracking seems poor compared to Fitbit.

Im very surprised to see all these low ratings. Great product and had no problems at all, did exactly what I needed!

Ordered a smart watch on the recommendation of my colleague. What a difference this makes. I’ve been driving to work despite only being 2.1 miles away. Now I walk and let my watch tell me how great I’m doing. All without the price tag of the so called best brands. I also got a 20% discount. I could not recommend them more. !!!!!!!!!

Ordered a smart watch from Reflex as an alternative to Apple and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, super easy to use and it has not left my wrist in the past 2 months. I would highly recommend.
