RefillsWe started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? I just had my first telehealth visit with Celine. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Celine answered all of my questions and she was very encouraging. I am extremely pleased with Refills. I received my delivery only 3 days after I ordered and it was delivered in time.

Refills was by far more helpful than FedEx with my lost package. I will keep getting medication from them because of how great they’ve been throughout.

Great experience. I would say, the only thing I would change is an email that alerts you that a refill is about to happen. This would allow for management of funds as they are about to be applied to your account. Other than that, it was a seamless process to get refills and the medications I needed.
