Terrible customer service response to shipping issue
I was satisfied with this Telehealth service up until my last shipment. My last medication shipment for Tirzepatide, a medication that is supposed to be kept refrigerated whenever not in use, was shipped on a Friday, took 4 days to get to me, and was received very warm. The center of the “ice pack” that was in the shipment box measured 85°F on an instant read thermometer. I contacted customer service and was told the medication was fine up to 86°. Coincidence that it just happened to be one degree above what I said mine was received at? I don’t think so. I messaged again and expressed that I was not satisfied with that answer because anywhere you look for information on this medication it clearly states it must stay refrigerated to maintain effectiveness of the drug. They didn’t respond for days and only with me repeatedly asking for a response. Their response was the same as previous, medication was fine go ahead and use. I understand shipping issues can happen so I would have still continued to use this service if not for their clear lack of caring for my health and safety when an issue was brought to their attention. Telling someone to use a medication that you know was totally mishandled shows a complete disregard for their wellbeing. I would not recommend using this service!
