RefillsWe started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? I had a great experience with Marcus. He has been extremely helpful. He took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly and worked hard to get my order approved. I really appreciate how he kept me updated throughout the entire process and even gave me phone call to make sure everything was up to date. His communication and dedication made the experience much less stressful. I am very pleased with the excellent customer service Marcus provided. Thanks to all of his help, I should be receiving my order next week. I truly appreciate everything he has done and would highly recommend Refills based on the outstanding support I received from Marcus.

I’m thrilled with my experience with Refills. I lost a lot of weight on a compound semaglutide before it was discontinued last year. I’ve been struggling with maintaining for the last year and was so happy to finally find Refills. My medication arrived quickly and excellently packaged for the desert heat. The price is affordable compared to big Pharma’s and in these times, greatly appreciated. The customer service call answered my questions and made me feel welcomed.

They have been so quick to respond, walk me through anything I need, and have been so kind the entire time. The experience has been very quick and easy which I always prefer since it can be difficult to have time available. Haven't started treatment yet but I'm excited to start!

He was very patient with me even though I was a bit frazzled. Was so professional that I questioned if he was AI. He listened to me, stuck with me, and helped me resolve my problem. Shining example of what someone in his profession should be.
