Their automated system sent several discount coupons after I had already ordered. Since they kept sending them, I asked them to honor one. Taylor was pretty rude via text, but an email agent named Sheila did finally honor the coupon and I decided to give them another try. However, after hearing about how they were treating customers with legitimate concerns on Reddit, I will not be using them again. My experience with Taylor was obviously not a one-off as I thought but rather how this company actually does treat its customers.

Well, I’ve been on GLP-1 shots for over a year. The stuff sent to me from REFILLS has had absolutely no effect on me. I don’t WANT to believe I was sent a diluted dose, but it’s beginning to look like it. I truly hope this company didn’t send me a placebo. The prices aren’t THAT cheap and I’m getting a bit angry.

For my second round of medication, the pharmacy that refills use was really backed up. It took three weeks for them to get me the medication and they got it from a different pharmacy. The medication was red and it made me really nauseous. I had no explanation. The dosage was different and I was not happy at all.

I’m giving Refills.com 2 out of 5 stars. The medication works — I’ve definitely seen results — and it’s the lowest-cost semaglutide I’ve found anywhere. The support team usually responds fairly quickly when you reach out. But it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with a doctor for follow-up questions. I asked my assigned doctor a question over a week ago about the nausea I’ve been having and still haven’t gotten a response. The support team replies fast but often give generic or unhelpful answers. My shipment was delayed for weeks, and I only got it resolved after connecting with a Refills.com team member on Reddit, which shouldn’t have been the only way to get help. The medication itself is great and affordable, but the lack of medical support and communication makes the experience really frustrating. If they improved their doctor access and follow-up, this would easily be a five-star service — but right now, it just misses the mark.
