No response at all from support and they took my money, but the prescription has been pending for a week. After posting this review, I finally got a notification that medication had shipped.

I placed the order and with 10 min tried to cancel it. Hours later I was told it was too late because it has been sent to pharmacy already, even though I asked to cancel it within minuets of placement. Before Dr approval. It’s now been days and it hasn’t even shipped. Seemed like more than enough time to cancel and order.

So far not a good experience. I signed up, I paid for my prescription the Dr reviewed everything and approved and wrote the prescriptions, all within 24 hours, I thought it was going well, and now it has been 7 days, and I have not been able to get the support team to answer me, so give me even an estimate of when my prescription will ship. They told me 48-72 hours. we are now 4 days past that and no answers.

I was charged for my prescription and had correspondence with the doctor but now I have heard nothing for a week??? Don’t know how long it takes to go from sent to Pharmacy to actually receiving my order. I don’t think it’s fair that I have paid a week ago and have no product yet.
