The representatives were very transparent and were able to answer all of my questions so I can make a more informed decision. At any point, I did not feel rushed or pushed to sign up. I felt very comfortable.

Refills.com made it possible for us to get our med supplies in advance ahead of our travels. For an international customer, the price was very affordable without US insurance with the compounded generic version available. The response time on the app was also very good and useful. There was however some back and forth since as our requests were specific. In this regard, the customer representative Ms. Hope was excellent and reliable as she understood the issue and supported us to get the refills on time while closely following up to ensure everything was completed. Overall nice experience and lady explained the process. Just wish the caller ID would have a business name instead of city and state. So many scams these days it’s hard to trust that you are actually speaking to someone legit.

I needed to cancel auto Refills because I cannot take this medication due to recent treatments I needed to take. She said it was put on pause not completely canceled.

All in all a good experience. Instructions with the vials to tell me which vial to use first would be good as I started with the middle dose instead of the beginner dose. I had no issues doing this but I did need to get my second three vials early because of this. Customer service was very very helpful in getting this done within the time frame of my next shot being due. Talking to a doctor is easy. Customer support is good.
