Hi Lenore, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how discouraging that must feel. Tirzepatide results can vary by dosage, duration, and individual factors, but you should absolutely be hearing back from your care team. That’s not the level of support we expect for our patients. Please reach out to [email protected] with your name or order email so we can review your case and make sure a provider follows up right away.
