I ordered my Refills over a week ago and still have not received even an email about it being shipped. When I called customer service, they said they would reach out to the pharmacy and I still haven't received any information. Very disappointed and frustrated. I read prior reviews of people having the same issues with shipment.

i ordered on nov. 26th i have heard nothing since and my order has been pending for a week now and I cant get anyone to respond back to me. I was already charged for this. so far my experience has not been great.

It’s been a week and the prescription is still “ at the pharmacy “ I was told up to 72 hours . Well. Obviously way past that… Buy my money came out of my account in seconds… shocker.

Everything was going smoothly and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy on 11/25. It’s still sitting in that status (12/2). It shows I need to “Complete My Visit”, but when I go into that, it shows completed (I’ve tried to “re-complete it” at least 10 times). I sent a chat message to support about my prescription not getting filled over 24 hours ago and haven’t heard back. My credit card was charged on 11/25 and it doesn’t look like my prescription is on the way yet! Please help! I want to get what I paid for and I was excited to use your service!
