I went to refills.com because I already had a scrip for semaglutide and I didn't want to pay a monthly membership fee or office visit fee to get refills. It was very easy to get a refill prescription from a doctor but that's where any ease stopped. Because I signed up for a 3 month period, the Dr sent a 3 month dosage to the pharmacy of increasing titrates. But, I didn't ask for that and did not want that. Sent a msg to them, told too late to change anything. The prescription was delivered maybe 10 days after initial order. I received conflicting instructions from the Dr and the Pharmacy and have since sent multiple chats to the Dr and Support and no one has responded to me in 8 biz days. I would not recommend this service. PS - I originally took .25 mg from Midi Health and I did get moderate symptoms so much that I was nervous about increasing dosage. With refills I started on .5 mg and have almost no symptions, which makes me question the quality of their compound.

Two orders were created; I don’t know whose fault it was. I only wanted the one order where I got the Reddit discount. I have tried to bring this to Support, but they just said they sent my orders to the pharmacy. After that they acted like I was a troublemaker. Now I’m trying to cancel my subscription and I can’t find how to do it on the website. I have sent an email and a message on chat. Support continues ignore me. Needless to say, I am not happy.

This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Your website clearly outlines your refund policy. I cancelled within the required timeframe — before the package was ever handed over to the carrier, exactly as your policy states. Despite this, days after my cancellation, I received an email stating that the order was being processed by the pharmacy. From the very beginning, I was clear that I am currently on Zepbound and that I did not want to switch medications or mix treatments. You advertise branded medication, including Zepbound (your site indicates it is in stock). Despite this, your physician prescribed a compounded medication that is not FDA approved — something I explicitly did not consent to and would never agree to take. When I requested a refund after this improper prescription, I was told that a refund could not be issued because the order had already shipped. That directly contradicts the timeline of events, my documented cancellation, and your own refund policy. To make matters even more confusing, days later I was then told there was a delay in shipment. This situation reflects poor communication, questionable medical decision-making, and a failure to honor your own written refund terms. I have had to escalate the issue with external services to get my money back. Update to the reply I received: I have sent an email to the advised website with screenshots of the issues, timelines and the policy violation. I communicated and cancelled well before (and with in 30 minutes of the decision of a non-FDA approved version) shipment and it was still mailed to me - it is just trash now. Anyone trying this out, don't follow my mistake of using this company if you are looking for a FDA approved (Zepbound or Wegovy) version.
