Minnie was very kind and thorough with all of her explanations. Refills is pretty fast with all of their services. However I urge you to have your representatives look at the time when they call customers as i got a call at 6:30 am.

The representative was very helpful. She took care of the issues I was having and assured me my order would be pushed through. I have called, left messages, emails to Refills for a week straight before anyone answered keep that in mind also. The websites to use and track medication needs fixed ASAP
