complete bait and switch. site claims 199/mo for life but at checkout for tirzepatide it's 499 for one month or 359 per month for three months. seems like false advertising to me. In response to the request to contact your team to explore the discrepancy, I’m happy to provide screenshots here - it’s not a discrepancy, it was clearly false advertising. If you’re willing to offer the advertised 199/mo offer please let me know and I’ll contact you then. Until that time, it seems important for all to see this exchange so no one else has this experience

I looked at their online website and it shows GLP1 sale for $159 per month regardless of dose. When I start to fill out the form online and request tirzepatide shows $299 per month! I inquired of their customer service why it's showing 299 And was informed that the sale was only for semaglutide. Nowhere in their ad for 159 a month does it say semaglutide only. Just says GLP one. False advertising. Very annoying.

Cancelled order before order was processed at pharmacy per their own guidelines but they proceeded to complete the order, process it and ship it so they could charge for three months of product. Deceptive practices. Buyer beware ! Follow up after response below received from Refills.com - I reached out to refills.com per their request on 01/21/2026 and they finally responded today 01/26/2026 stating they cannot do anything else for me. I'm not sure why they reached out other than trying to make it look better for people reading these reviews. ONCE AGAIN - BUYER BEWARE

Right after I ordered for 30% off it was advertised for 40% off. It took forever for me to get my meds and customer service was friendly, but was very hard to reach. I’m hoping medication makes up for the disappointment I’ve already experienced.

No one answers and they took forever

This is the worst company. The doctor and the customer service will not get back to you. They don’t give you any information on your prescription. You won’t even know how to take the medication. Do not go through this company.

Dear Sir/Madam, My previous prescription was for 110 units per week. I sent you the photo of the prescription during the ordering process. I signed up for 125 units/per week, but for some unknown reason your doctor decided 69 units was sufficient. Upon learning this, I messaged both the doctor and customer support twice, (both times BEFORE you processed the order) stating that either you need to continue my present dosage or cancel the order. You ignored all my messages and my voicemail. I just received my order. You sent 200 units, which is less than half of my existing prescription, and isn’t even enough to fulfill your doctor’s recommended dosage. I sent four messages through the portal and left two voicemails. Please cancel my account and refund my charges. Thank you, RX 9029981

The customer service at this company is terrible. I waited over a week to hear back from someone to answer a question about my purchase. I finally received a call, returned their call, left a message and never heard back!! All I want at this point is a refund and I can't reach anyone. This has been nothing but an aggravating experience.
