We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? We'd love to hear about your experience. Leave a review below.

Customer service will not get back with you. They never reply unless it’s automotive. It’s not a response to a question. I ordered my meds weeks ago and they won’t update me. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card. So many options out there so the lesson is cheaper isn’t better.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Not receiving updates, especially after waiting weeks is understandably frustrating. That’s not the level of communication we aim to provide.
Your concern has been escalated to our support team for immediate review so we can look into your order status and follow up with clear next steps.
We truly value your trust and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this properly.

THREE WEEKS and still no response
THREE WEEKS and still no response? I deactivated my account and they reactivated it? I had to get a new debit card bc of them. They supposedly allow you to “pause” a shipment by selecting the month you want paused but don’t tell you it pauses EVERYTHING, even the current month they already billed you for. They bill every three weeks but send 5 weeks of meds? If you get paid monthly this means you pay $400/mo not $200. Customer service is nonexistent. They never answer the phone and call backs don’t happen. I had my January dose “in process” and already paid for. My Feb dose was being billed on the 18th AFTER I had talked to rep two months earlier explaining I get paid monthly. She set it for the 26th of every month yet Feb was set for the 18th again. So I SELECTED FEBRUARY and paused it til the following week. THEY PAUSED THE PROCESSING JANUARY. I did not select January. I specifically selected the Feb treatment. Never did get it yet they refused to refund it so my military bank disputed and refunded it and are going after them. Now they want to send Jan like I can afford to just be out the $200 with no med? Even after “support” finally responded they did not fix it. So, that dose coming today will be sent back as FedEx allows you to “return to sender” by taking it back to them or denying it. I also got new cards bc of this. How they are rated in top 5 on Forbes with less than 4 star rating is beyond me. Worst experience. I will just keep losing the way I know how. Not worth this.

We’re very sorry to read this and understand how upsetting this situation has been. Billing timing, pauses, and shipment processing should never feel confusing or out of your control, especially when you’re carefully managing your budget.
To clarify, selecting a pause month does pause the upcoming processing cycle tied to that billing period, but we understand how the timing may have created confusion between January and February processing. That said, you should never feel left without clarity or stuck without a resolution.
We also take concerns about account reactivation, billing adjustments, and refund handling very seriously. We would like the opportunity to fully review your billing history, pause selections, and shipment status in detail.
Please email me directly at [email protected] with your full name and order details. I will personally review your account and ensure everything is examined thoroughly.
We’re sorry this has been your experience.

Don’t Do It - Not worth time or money
I purchased the first month, spoke to a provider medication was approved and they haven’t sent the medicine. For the past week they keep saying I should get a tracking number from the pharmacy because it will be shipped out. Over a week and a half, still nothing and they only respond when it’s good for them. This is ridiculous. I never leave reviews, but if I pay for something I would think they would have the decency to say hey it’s going to be a week before we can get the medicine in or shipped. I will never use them again. This is just a horrible experience!
Response from RefillsFeb 26, 2026
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it is to be approved, pay for your medication, and then wait without clear shipping confirmation or consistent updates.
We’d like the opportunity to review your order status and pharmacy timeline directly to see exactly where the delay occurred. Please email me personally at [email protected] with your full name and order details, and I’ll ensure your case is looked at immediately.
We appreciate you bringing this forward and regret that this has been your experience.

Non-existent service
Placed my order 2/14/26. You made sure to charge my credit card. I finally heard from a doctor who I feel didn't start me on a high enough dosage since I'm currently taking a glp-1. I sent messages back to the doctor who finally told me to contact support and they could change it. I left messages through the portal, through texts, and even a phone call where I had to leave a message. It's been a week now and no one has called back, messaged me or anything. PLUS my shipment still hasn't been sent. Possibly because of getting my message? I've left a couple messages with support in the portal since but still no contact from them.
Response from RefillsFeb 26, 2026
Thank you for sharing this, and we’re very sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced.
We understand how concerning it is to have questions about your dosage, especially if you’re already on a GLP-1, and then not receive timely follow-up from support. That’s understandably stressful — particularly when your shipment has not yet gone out.
Your dosage concerns should be reviewed promptly, and you should not feel left without answers. We would like to look into both your prescription plan and the current shipment status right away.
Please email me directly at [email protected] with your full name and order number. I will personally ensure your case is reviewed by both support and the clinical team so you receive clear next steps as soon as possible.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Shipping and tracking issues. Pretty sure meds froze prior to or shortly after delivery on my porch, ruining them. Have sent several emails and left several voice mail messages over the past 2 weeks with only one canned response to my very first email, that was obviously from a bot and did not even acknowledge the issue. Feeling scammed.
Response from RefillsFeb 26, 2026
We’re truly sorry to hear about this experience. Concerns about medication temperature and delivery handling are serious, and you should never feel ignored when raising something like that.
If your medication may have been exposed to freezing conditions, that absolutely needs to be reviewed properly — not answered with a generic response. We understand why that would make you feel frustrated and uneasy.
Please email me directly at [email protected] with your full name, order number, and any photos if available. I will personally ensure this is reviewed with the pharmacy and support team so you receive a clear and appropriate resolution.

Paid order but no delivery update
Paid for the medication and was approved on 2/14/26 within a matter of mins. Prescription sent to pharmacy 2/14/26, no update as of now and no prescription. Yes I’ve emailed customer service and they said they sent a request to pharmacy to expedite the meds. Still no update. I feel scammed. Should’ve stayed with the company I switched from. Never went 6 days and no meds. This is sad.
Response from RefillsFeb 26, 2026
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand how frustrating it is to be approved and charged quickly but then not see shipment movement within the timeframe you expected.
When a prescription is marked “sent to pharmacy,” it means it has cleared medical review and is in the fulfillment queue. That said, you should not feel left without updates.
We’d like to review your order directly and confirm the current pharmacy status. Please email me personally at [email protected] with your full name and order number, and I’ll ensure you receive a clear update as soon as possible.

The product doesn’t work
The product doesn’t work. You never respond to my medical questions, you never answer emails, no support, no doctors responding,
Response from RefillsFeb 26, 2026
We’re really sorry to hear this and understand how frustrating it must feel to not see results while also feeling unheard.
Medical questions should never go unanswered, and you deserve clear communication from both support and your provider. We want to review your case carefully, including your dosing plan, response timeline, and any medical messages you’ve sent.
Please email me directly at [email protected] with your full name and account details. I will personally ensure your concerns are escalated to the clinical team so you receive proper follow-up.

Scam
I had a terrible and frankly alarming experience with Refills.com.
I clearly provided my medical information during the intake process, including that I was currently on the initial dose of Wegovy. Despite this, Refills.com prescribed me a completely different medication without proper explanation and informed me they were going to ship the highest dose of that medication. Anyone familiar with GLP-1 medications knows how dangerous and irresponsible it can be to start at the highest dose without proper titration.
When I immediately tried to correct their mistake, I attempted to contact them by phone, live chat, support messaging, and even the prescribing doctor. I received no response. No clarification. No medical guidance. Nothing.
However, they had absolutely no problem charging my account ~$1,400 immediately.
Their lack of communication, lack of medical oversight, and aggressive billing practices are extremely concerning. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank, which ruled in my favor and refunded the fraudulent transaction.
This experience was not just frustrating — it felt unsafe and unethical. I would strongly caution anyone considering Refills.com to think twice before trusting them with your health or your money.
My response to Refills.com:
Thank you for your response, but I want to be clear that your statement about patient safety does not reflect my actual experience.
While you say patients should never be started at the highest GLP-1 dose without titration, that is exactly what was communicated to me — and without proper clarification or medical discussion. The issue was not just “confusion.” The issue was that I immediately raised a serious safety concern and received no response.
Despite multiple attempts to contact support, live chat, phone, and the prescribing provider, I was met with complete silence. At the same time, my account was charged approximately $1,400 without delay. The only thing that moved quickly in this situation was the billing.
If patient safety and trust truly come first, communication should come first — especially when a patient is actively flagging a medication safety concern.
I have since deleted my account and requested removal of my data from Refills.com. Given my experience, I was not comfortable continuing any relationship with your company.
I hope you do conduct an internal review, because what happened to me was not just frustrating — it was alarming.
Response from RefillsFeb 26, 2026
We take concerns like this extremely seriously, especially when they involve medication safety.
First, we want to be very clear: patients should never be started on the highest dose of a GLP-1 without appropriate titration and clinical review. If there was any confusion regarding your prior Wegovy dose or treatment plan, that should have been clarified immediately and transparently before anything moved forward.
We’re also sorry that you felt unheard while trying to reach support and the provider. When a patient is actively raising a safety concern, that requires prompt attention — not silence. Regardless of the billing outcome, you deserved timely communication and clear medical guidance.
We would like the opportunity to formally review your intake information, prescription details, and communication history to understand exactly what occurred and ensure it does not happen again. If you are open to it, please contact me directly at [email protected] with your full name so I can personally escalate this to leadership and the clinical team for investigation.
Patient safety and trust must always come first.
