Helpful coaching but I needed more structure for the first one
I appreciated the information given by my coach but I was expecting more of an outline of what to expect.i was given some details but more was given to me by the sales associate when signing up. Instead I was asked what concerns I had. This is effective for getting to the point but it would've been helpful to know some aspects of the process such as ordering more meds,injection sites, when and how to take the meds. I could've asked these questions but given only 20 minutes, I felt pressure to hurry.i can always schedule another appointment if I have questions.
