It has been months and I have talked/emailed with numerous people about the shorting of meds in my Level 1 shipment. Each time I am told they will correct it and the missing 35 units will be sent out right away. Has not happened yet , but you still want me to review your performance after each conversation. It stinks. You seem to think that continuously bullshitting me is considered good customer support.

Absolutely horrible. The first month was alright they got my meds to me quickly and I had 8 people sign up from my referral. After that it went downhill. Multiple people didn’t get their first order for a month! My second month they stopped applying my referral discount and charged me fully. My mom’s second month they changed her cost from $199 to $249 with no warning. They kept restarting our dosing and when we’d try to talk to someone we could not get a definite answer and then were talked to as if we were stupid. For 5 months now their dosing online is different than the dosing on the bottles sent to you. I was scared I was over dosing myself because they refuse to fix their website. Additionally, the meds don't work! my mom and i were losing with out old provider nut gained with this medication. They blamed everything on a system change but idc about the reason. Bad customer service, stealing money by changing costs , and medication that does not work can not be explained by a system change.

I tried to cancel my order within minutes of ordering, but was told that my rx was already at the pharmacy being filled. It has now been two weeks and I still don't have that order.

I have been trying to reach my doctor with questions about changes to my medication. After multiple messages with days between responses, I was told that I can't reach him because I don't have a current order in their system and I have to reach him through the older portal. I requested a link and was given one to the same portal on which this whole exchange has been happening. I requested a different link a week ago and haven't heard back. This is exceptionally frustrating. In the past, refills.com has always been responsive and easy to reach. This experience made me feel brushed off. I'm not sure what is going on over there, but I hope it changes as I will be looking for another pharmacy.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I reached out to the provider to let them know that I was having a very strong rash reaction that took over my whole thigh and itched like crazy. My provider or customer service, two separate message boards, did not respond for over one week. When the provider finally responded, they just said pause the medication. I then asked if it could be an ingredient in the compounding medication and if they could send me a new script and I got no answer. Not one. And never received a response from customer service regarding my concerns. What a joke of a company.

The 1st shipment went off smoothly, however the next one...whoa. That's where the fun begins. They billed my credit card $567 on Aug 23rd, still no shipment. They've been stringing me along for over three weeks now. Missed two dosing dates already and they don't really seem to care. They keep saying they're escalating (Maybe 4 or 5 times now) and nothing changes. They do not give you any active feedback even though they promise up & down someone will reach out shortly....yea...right. I've talked them by phone multiple times...etc...it don't matter. Take your money elsewhere.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my prescription by Refills.com. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE 5 star reviews. Most are BOTS or paid FAKE REVIEWS!!! Only have 1 review. This company is paying to have fake reviews posted. Hey Refills…prove me wrong. You won’t be able to. Wake up! Most of your customers are NOT IDIOTS. My medication has been sitting at Perfect RX Pharmacy since September 1, 2026, and my medication is now overdue, with still no resolution or confirmed shipping date. I have repeatedly contacted Refills.com customer service and have continually received generic responses stating that my prescription is “being reviewed” and “will be shipped shortly.” I was specifically told that I should expect the medication within 24–48 hours before I contacted the pharmacy. This information was inaccurate and gave me a false expectation that my medication was about to be shipped. I contacted Perfect RX Pharmacy directly at 844-597-6278, and they told me that they do not know when my medication will be received/shipped. They also stated that they do not understand why Refills.com has not sent my prescription to another pharmacy that actually has the medication in stock. At this point, the prescription has been sitting at the pharmacy for 10 days, my medication is overdue, and Refills.com has failed to provide me with a specific timeframe or a meaningful solution. Repeatedly telling a customer that the medication is “being reviewed” and “will ship shortly” without actually resolving the issue is unacceptable, particularly when the medication is time-sensitive and the customer is already overdue for a dose. Refills.com also offered me a $50 credit, which I have not received, as well as a 30% goodwill credit, which I also have not received. I am requesting that Refills.com provide an immediate resolution, including either fulfillment and shipment of my medication without further delay or transfer of the prescription to a pharmacy that has the medication in stock. I also expect the credits that were offered to actually be issued. Most importantly, I want a clear and accurate explanation of why my prescription has remained at Perfect RX since September 1 and why it has not been transferred to another pharmacy capable of filling it.

If you had asked me about this company a year ago, I would have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately, it has now turned into a complete scam. They can't seem to get anything right, ignore customer correspondence, and pretend they have no idea of any previous correspondence. They decided to charge my card over $600 and send me something I never ordered. Now they are refusing to refund me the money they illegally charged my credit card for. Run far away from this company.
