Had changed from another company to Refills.com for compounded semaglutide. I had a profound response to previous medication and lost weight too rapidly and had to take care with increased dosage. Refills.com medication, nothing. No side affects no loss of appetite even with a larger dose. I'm afraid of what I've been infecting myself with. Saving money is not worth risking my health. SCARY

I signed up on April 8. I did not speak to a doctor until April 23. My “prescription” was approved and as of May 6 it has not been filled. I asked to cancel my order and for them to refill my order. I have gotten the runaround. I emailed support and was told they could not access my account. I called and a note always added to my account. I messaged through the website and was told I could cancel my order. I asked for an update and have not heard back in two days

Ordered on April 24, today May 1, order hasn’t been fulfilled. Fighting for my refund for ORD-1011773. Have been getting no response thru their customer support. Had to send an email to get a “canned “ response that said “ I'm really sorry for the frustration and delay you've experienced with your order. Your prescription is still being processed at our pharmacy, and we're working to get it filled and shipped as soon as possible. You can check your order status by logging into your portal at login.refills.com or, if you're using our new portal, at app.refills.com. Our policy allows for a full refund if your order hasn't shipped or been fulfilled yet. If your prescription isn't approved, any payment hold is automatically released within 3–5 business days. I'm connecting you with our team now to help with your refund request.” Shouldn’t be an issue when the dashboard doesn’t say that it’s being prepared!!!Been like this since April 24. HORRIBLE!!!!! Don’t order from here. It took my credit card company to get involved to resolve the situation.

This company is a complete and total scam. I had to change GLPS from MANJARO which I was on 12.5 mg injectors weekly loosing really good. I decided to try refills.com. They started me off at 2.5 mg vials weekly and they said they had to start me off on the low dosage because it’s a different type of medicine. Well it came to my refill after 3 months and I filled out the questionnaire and was told they approved was my new dosage. They prescribed the same dosage.. I have tried emailing support well then they refer me to the doctors section and the doctors them refer me back to support.. NO human contact and I was mislead when I signed up. They took 600 and it’s no longer working and now they say “we don’t have a higher dose”

I have been trying for two weeks to reach someone about my most recent order. It was misdelivered by FedEx & I have the proof. I have left messages and sent messages through their support system & still no resolution. One message said package was delivered. Another said my order was being reprocessed. Neither are true! Unable to reach an actual person to get accurate i for information

I switched my pharmacy to refills.com and i am Currently on 15 mgs and the sent me ONE vial at 30 mgs which is two shots! So they owe me another vial and they are giving me the run around. So I am going to challenge the charge on my card and wont use them again.

An absolute joke. They claim you can connect with a doctor and support anytime. I waited 12 days for a response about dosage questions. This is dangerous considering you need to follow a very specific titration process to effectively administer a GLP-1. This did not feel safe or even remotely legitimate. Further, their products are not FDA approved which adds another layer of concern. I switched back to the name brand and have been paying the difference. Its worth it to have the accountability. When I attempted to cancel my subscription, which they say you can if your next shipment hasn't been shipped. Mine had not. They direct you to an 888 number that is just a voice mail box. Nobody ever responded to me from that either. I have had to contest the charge with my credit card. They seem to drag everything out to make sure your issue are resolved after your next bill has been processed. **Update 5/19/26 - I contacted the rep listed in their response and was promptly given a refund. This was the best part of the whole experience.

I signed up for Refills on an auto-renew monthly plan specifically so I wouldn’t have gaps in my medication and they still failed to deliver it on time. My order renewed on 4/20 and has been stuck in “approved” ever since. It hasn’t even shipped, and they’ve told me they don’t have an estimated ship date. What’s most frustrating is that instead of taking responsibility for the delay, they keep telling me I need to “plan ahead,” adjust shipments, or request refills early. That makes no sense when I’m on an automatic subscription—the whole point is that THEY handle timing so patients don’t miss doses. They also told me that if I miss doses because of this delay, I may have to restart at a lower dose—even though the delay is entirely on their end. That’s completely unacceptable. I’ve used other programs like WeightCare and Amble and have never had this issue. Medication always arrived on time without me needing to micromanage anything. This feels like a system that isn’t equipped to handle demand, and instead of fixing it, they push the responsibility onto the customer. For something as time-sensitive as GLP-1 medication, that’s not acceptable. If you’re considering this service, be aware that “auto-renew” does not mean reliable delivery.
